The first floor is a great fit for multi-generational gatherings featuring a primary suite with a spacious ensuite, complete with a newly remodeled, gorgeous walk-in shower. The second bedroom is across from a hall bathroom and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A media library of books, movies, and games will keep everyone entertained after a fun day of sun, sand, and surfing. There are no stairs to navigate on the ground floor.

A beautifully designed, well-equipped kitchen and dining area has two large islands featuring quartz countertops that seat guests. The kitchen flows into a family room with plenty of seating. Open the sliding door to gain access to a screened porch furnished with tables, a cushioned sectional, a mini-fridge, and a tropical bar. The large screened porch/sunroom provides refuge from the sun and a bug-free space to dine, play games, and gather to enjoy your family's company.
