Its charm and location make it perfect for making life long memories.You`ll love the spacious gourmet kitchen offering added convenience for large family groups with its two dishwashers, two ovens and fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils for everyone. Relax in comfort in each spacious room, kick back on the multiple wrap around decks, take a dip in the big in-ground pool, or just relax poolside with a cold beverage at the Cabana with Flat Panel TV, mini kitchen featuring refrigerator, microwave, sink, and full bathroom. The garage/ game area offers a full size pool table, and small Ping Pong too. There's plenty of parking with its large circular driveway. Bring your family together at Quarters Sea and make your beach vacation an event to remember!Swimming pool availability is based on weather and ranges from May 1st - September 30th. Saturday to Saturday 7 night stays only Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Complimentary linen package includes: Sheets and pillowcases for all beds, 2 hand towels and 1 terry style bath mat for each full bathroom, 2 hand towels for each half bath, 2 kitchen towels, and bath sets provided for 21 guests. Bath set includes, 1 body towel and 1 washcloth. If you need extra blankets or pillows, please bring them with you. Beds will be made for you, the day you arrive.

Adult house-trained dogs are allowed in this property! $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog with a two dog maximum.

*Once a home is Reserved with deposit, there is a no cancellation policy, full payment is due and no refund will be given unless the home can be re-rented for the entire period of which you reserved. A full refund minus an 18% cancellation fee will be issued to you only upon confirmed re-rental. We highly recommend getting the Travel Insurance.

*Homes are furnished and decorated to the individual Owner's taste. Beds come with bedspreads or quilts, and pillows, King, Queen, and Full size beds, come with two pillows, twins and trundles come with one. (Bring your extra pillows and blankets if you need them!) Kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee cups, glasses, utensils, small appliances including coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Properties with gas grills come with propane tanks, if you run out, just give our office a call!

This house is nice but that’s not what’s important. We stayed here July of 2020 and from day one something was wrong. There were two portable air conditioners in the house , why? Well we found out! The temp inside the house was the same as outside! We called and three times BeachPros sent a beachpros technician to service it. All three times he said it’s working. How is a air conditioner working at night it’s 82 outside and 82 inside! The fourth call the lady said if she sends a guy out again and there is nothing wrong she will charge us a service fee! They came out with a real technician from a real service company and he was there 4 hours and said he got it working, but barely! This is now Thursday and we’ve been here since Saturday. It never did work and I would never ever ever stay in this house ever again. You spend 10k to rent a house at the beach and it doesn’t have air conditioning. Why did they have portable units? Because the renters before us went through the same **** we did. Not only never will this house be rented, but never will we waste another vacation with BeachPros realty! 3 portable units and 5 pedestal fans and we were sweating sitting at the dining room table! Many houses to choose from, pass on this one! And the photos on the site, nothing in those pictures as far as decorations or beach like atmosphere is still there.

We have a large family of 21, and this place is the BEST! Nice, clean, close to the beach, and perfect for families with little ones! The pool had some issues (very cloudy) was the only downfall.

The house was very accommodating for my family , great location. First day of arrival the pool was dirty and not useful to us. There was a broken bunk bed tape together that we notice the last day of our stay. Master bedroom tv did not work at all. Maintenance did fix the issue the next day. After departure we charge an additional fee for cleaning. I reach to manager and she was refuse to speak with me. I email picture of the whole house after I departed to prove we follow all rules. The manager dismissed my concerns and was very rude.

We were very pleased with the location and set-up of the house. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the trex decking and the view from the top deck. We were disappointed to find that the ice maker didn't really dispense ice very well, but it did make ice, so it was functional. The outdoor kitchen area was nice and convenient. The landscaping around the pool area and deck stairs was disappointing as it wouldn't have taken much to either spray or weed eat the growth. The "game room" in the garage wasn't a draw. The location of the house is outstanding though.

We had a great time at Quarters Sea. It was the 2nd time we’ve stayed there. It is a greT location and the house is in pretty good shape. We did notice a lot of weeds around the pool area and also the shrubbery on the side of the house with stairs needs some work, weeds and vines growing up the stairs. The king mattress in the master br and the mattress in the loft are not in good condition, the cleaning lady forgot to clean the fridge and we ended up doing that since after calling, no one responded, hope it gets better because we really like the location!<br/>

Just got back from our family reunion and can't wait to go back! The house was perfect for all 16 of us. The location was the best part! Only a few steps from the beach and the public beach access is right across the street. The layout of the bedrooms was one of our favorites too. And the kitchen has a ton of counter top space. The pool area was nice and private. And the bathroom out there was nice to have. Some of the chairs by the pool are broken, but still useable. The game room in the garage was just way too hot to use. Management company did a great job responding to emails and keeping in touch. LOVED being there!!!

Had a great stay - came for holiday with family coming from different points. 7 adults and 3 kids (age 1,1, and 3) With the little kids, we did all the cooking in house so did not hit any restaurants. Kitchen well-equipped and very roomy with large island.. Double oven helped with turkey cooking. Right next to beach access making it very easy to get to beach from the second row of houses. Interior is a little older but very well maintained. Has game room with pool table and ping pong but never had time with the kids to use. made it to the Virginia Aquarium which is good place to see. Kids enjoyed it as much as the adults. Since this was November, the pool was closed but the pool area looked very nice. Lots of deck/porch space.<br/>The broom that was there does need replacing - my only complaint!

Our Nephew was getting married and our extended family thought it would be a lot more fun (and affordable) to rent a large beach house rather than multiple separate hotel rooms. We all thoroughly enjoyed staying at Quarters Sea. It was so much better to have a full kitchen and be able to enjoy some time together. The views are absolutely lovely, the beds and furniture were comfortable and it really was a home away from home. Sandbridge was only a 25 minute drive to where the wedding was held and it is such a nice area, we were happy to make that drive. We loved that it was very quiet in the off season without all the extra summer traffic and goings on. We are planning on reserving a stay in the summer in 2020, we enjoyed it so much. Also, the staff at Beach Pros is wonderful to work with. We had never been to the Sandbridge beach area of Virginia Beach before so we had a lot of questions before we put a deposit on this home. Everyone was very helpful with lots of information and speaking to all three of the various people in the office that we encountered over the three weeks that we reserved and then arrived, was a pleasure. Thanks for the very special experience. It meant the world to our family.

Our extended family had a most enjoyable stay at Quarter Sea. So close to the beach and also such a nice pool in the backyard. Any problems we encountered were quickly resolved by the rental company. A faulty air conditioning problem and a non-functioning icemaker were immediately taken care of within hours of placing a call. There were plenty of books and games at the house, although we did not use them. Also, we enjoyed the billiards table and the ping pong table in the garage area. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would highly recommend it to others.

Sandbridge is our new favorite vacation spot and Quarters Sea was just wonderful. The views of the beach and ocean are breathtaking and the multiple decks and pool are were great fro our big family group to spread out and enjoy. Love the colors and decor in the home, very festive but tasteful. The extra wide city beach path right in front of the house is super convenient with young children and lots of stuff to bring to the beach.

We had 20 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and well stocked with towels. Location was excellent as the home was right across the street from beach access. the decks on this home are amazing. So many views and quiet areas to sit and just relax. We had such a great time!!
