How do I book a home or condo?

You can either make a reservation directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left and clicking on "Book it Now!" Or you can call our office at 800-994-6760 and one of our friendly Reservations staff will be glad to help you. You can view all our properties anytime by visiting our website Click on vacation rentals and select homes or condos to view them all in alphabetical order. You can always visit your property page to review bedding, photos, map, address, amenities list and more anytime should you need to review.

Is booking a reservation online secure?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive / credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Can I bring my pet with me?

We offer many beach homes for rent which allow dogs (dogs only). You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab and then viewing "Pet friendly homes" above and see if the home you are looking at allows dogs. There is a non refundable $200 pet deposit, for 1 dog, $300 for 2 dogs, with a two dog maximum.. Or you can call our office at 800-994-6760 and one of our staff would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your dog. Dogs are ONLY allowed in Pet-Friendly homes when arranged in advance, with deposit.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?

Our vacation homes and condos are furnished and stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room with a mini kitchen or no kitchen at all. Our homes and condos have full size kitchens with full size appliances. Private outdoor spaces are absolutely wonderful from private balconies and decks to screened porches, pools, and cabanas. You can select a privately owned condo or home with all the amenities you want most. Kitchens in our condos and houses come with cabinets that are stocked with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and small appliances like toasters and coffee pots. You will be able to enjoy a full size comfortable home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room. When renting privately owned beach home or condo there are few differences as compared to a condo or resort. This is your property that you have rented privately through a property manager. There is no on site 24 hour concierge, bell hop, or front desk. You will not have maids entering or disturbing you during your stay. Properties are cleaned just before you arrive and again upon your departure only.

What does maximum occupancy mean to me?

Each property has a number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and beds that will sleep and house a certain number of people comfortably. We also pay close attention to local fire code and City ordinances that affect parking, safety, and local requirements. We cannot allow our guests to exceed the maximum occupancy of any of our properties because of this. We do not offer event homes due to the limited parking in Sandbridge Beach, which is a residential area and because of safety issues. We rent to family groups only. No parties or events are allowed in our properties during your stay.

We're getting married on the beach and want to rent a beach house.

Countless couples tie the knot on Sandbridge Beach each year. When it comes to renting a beach home during that time, here are a few things to know. First, you can rent a home or condo and honeymoon there and you can allow the wedding party to stay and prepare. You cannot however, exceed the maximum occupancy inside or anywhere on the property at any time.

Sandbridge was originally and still is a residential community. With that being the case, there aren't options for large amounts of parking throughout the area. This is especially the case during spring and summer when vacationers are frequenting the area. Beach Pros Realty doesn't currently offer any event homes at this time.

How does it work with linens at Beach Pros Realty?

Beach Pros Realty provides our guests with a free complimentary full linen package and FREE bed-making all year round on every stay. The linen package includes, sheets, pillow cases, large bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bathroom mats / rugs. Beds will be made as a complimentary service to our summer guests staying 7 nights from Memorial Day through Labor Day only. All beds will made for you with the exception of bunk beds and sleeper sofas. The linens will be set out at the end of the beds for you.

100% of Reservation Cost
Provides reimbursement for unused, nonrefundable payments if your trip must be canceled or interrupted. Trip interruption also provides reimbursement for additional transportation costs. Covered reasons include: mandatory hurricane evacuations, sickness, injury or death, extension of school year, armed service leave revocation, involuntary termination of employment or other specific reasons listed in the Policy / Certificate of Insurance.

Travel Delay
$600 ($200 daily Limit)
Provides reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred such as accommodations, meals and local transportation if you are delayed 12 hours or more during your trip due to a covered reason.

Baggage Delay
Provides reimbursement for the emergency purchase of necessary items if baggage is delayed for more than 24 hours.

Travel Accident
Provides coverage for loss of limb or life in the event of an accident while traveling, or within 180 days of that event.

Emergency Assistance

If you become sick or injured on a trip, benefits are provided such as: arrange transportation to the nearest suitable medical facility, help you return home, if medically necessary; provide round-trip economy air fare for a companion to visit you if you are hospitalized for more than 7 days.
