Pearl By The Sea has long been a favorite vacation home because of her seaside cottage charm and all the many fun amenities. The sounds of the Atlantic Ocean reverberates from the multilevel wraparound decks. The well equipped kitchen with ample cookware and utensils, breakfast bar and eat-in kitchen table open up to large dining area and spacious great room with vaulted two story ceilings and 50" TV. This very design keeps the family together while cooking and watching TV or just taking in the awesome ocean surf.
Pearl By The Sea accommodates large families with the help of two refrigerators plus a convection oven to assist in bigger meal preparation. A poolside barbeque is just what the doctor ordered! Rest and relax poolside with the comforts of a poolside shower, hot/cold water and private dressing area. Although, some in the family may decide to enjoy the poolside game room with wet bar, Foosball and board games!The pool is open 5/5- 9/29. Dates may vary on weather. We will open early and/or close late if at all possible!
When it's time to say goodnight to yet another glorious beach day of sun and fun, you will all be comfortably accommodated by the seven spacious bedrooms with breezy ceiling fans and large loft area with three futons. The 1st level has a large bedroom and bath with one queen bed and one twin bed (with a twin trundle bed) and a big HDTV. The second level has: two queen bedrooms, one queen bedroom has a crib, a baby monitor and a new 32" wall mounted HDTV. There is a king bedroom with a new 32" wall mounted HDTV. There is also a bunkie room with a twin bunk set and two twins. The third level has one king bedroom with a new 32" flat panel TV wall mounted with a private bath and across the other side of the loft is a bunkie room with two twin bunk beds. One of the bunks has a twin trundle bed as well. Then in the main area of the loft there are two queen futons and one double futon with a new 32" wall mounted HDTV!
Linens are included from 05/25 until 09/7 for all guests on full week stays. NOTE: If your reservation falls outside of those dates, a rental package is available for a small fee.

Thank you for choosing BEACH PROS REALTY, INC. We look forward to your visit and feel confident you will enjoy your stay. Please pick up keys at our office the day of arrival. The rental office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Please note, if your arrival time is after 5:00 p.m., your keys will be in the late arrival box outside.
*IMPORTANT* You must confirm your reservation by the indicated date with the required advance rent payment. One copy of the lease agreement must be signed and returned to the Agent with your payment along with a completed and signed copy of the Emergency Contact/Security form and copies of the driver's licenses of the booking tenant(s), or you will not be able to check-in. The balance of your rent will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date. The balance of the rent, taxes, and fees may be paid by personal check, money order, credit card and or cashier's check.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN WITHOUT HAVING SIGNED AND RETURNED THIS CONTRACT, a completed Emergency Contact Form, and provided a copy of the reserving partyís driverís license or Military IDís. We make every effort to ensure that all units are clean and ready for your arrival and in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is ready. There are NO REFUNDS due to late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at our office as it delays cleaning, servicing, and inspection of the property and your check-in time. If you anticipate arrival after 5 p.m., notify our office ahead of time so that arrangements can be made for keys and directions.
CHECK-OUTS: All units must be vacated by no later than 10:00 a.m. on check-out day (NO EXCEPTIONS). An extra day's rent will be charged for all late checkouts. Our inspection crews require your timely departure, so that the unit can be prepared for the next tenants. Tenant is responsible for straightening all furniture, cleaning dishes, taking out trash, and leaving the unit in good shape. Upon Check-in you are provided with a Check-out List covering these items. This can also be found in the Property Book inside each property. We ask that you respect our property. Additional cleaning fees will be billed to you should you leave the property unacceptably dirty without having used the Check-list provided. Please ensure you've packed all your belongings before checking out, as we cannot be responsible for items left in the rental home. There will be a service charge in addition to the cost of mailing, for items that are requested by you to be picked up and mailed by Agent. All additional charges will be billed to you directly.
PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED LESS THAN THIRTY-DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. All reservations require a valid credit card on file, regardless of your chosen method of payment. The credit card will only be billed for negligent damages, smoking inside, and additional cleaning and/or removal fees for properties left unreasonably dirty or full of debris. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival require payment in full by cashier's check, certified check or money order. The 15.5% tax rates are governed by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the City of Virginia Beach and may change without notice.
Important details: All privately owned condos and homes are furnished. Beds have quilts or comforters and pillows. Kitchens are full size kitchens as pictured in the photographs with full size appliances, and are stocked with cookware, diningware, utensils, cups, glasses, and small appliances such as coffee pots and toasters. You will need to bring your own toiletries and body care products, detergents,trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps,hair dryers, and other hair care items etc. Our linen packages include sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, wash cloths, and face towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels.Some properties allow access to a storage area with items intended to be used by guests, some do not.
